Ingredients

1 box of strawberry cake mix

⅓ cup vegetable oil or oil of your choice

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Vanilla icing (I used duncan hines)

Freeze dried strawberries

½ Graham crackers (about a pack)

3 tbsp butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

2. Add cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix and fully combine.

Step 3

3. Using a food processor or mixer or ziplock lol… add graham crackers, some freeze dried strawberries, and melted butter. Crush or completely grind.

Step 4

4. Melt icing in microwave for 30 seconds then 15 second intervals until melted. Place in bowl.

Step 5

5. Take cookies out of oven. Cool for a couple minutes.

Step 6

6. Place cookie in icing then strawberry crunch.

Step 7

7. Enjoy 🍓🫶🏽
