Ingredients

1 box french vanilla cake mix, butter or yellow cake will work too

3 eggs, at room temperature

1 cup milk

½ cup of oil or melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pack of biscoff cookies (crushed), 1/2 for cake batter and 1/2 for topping

½ Biscoff cookie butter (3 tbsp for cake batter) (1 tbsp for drizzle on top of cake)

1 can vanilla frosting

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

2. Pour cake mix, eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil or butter in bowl.

Step 3

3. Thoroughly mix those ingredients together until they are well incorporated.

Step 4

4. Add your cookie butter and mix into cake batter.

Step 5

5. Crush your biscoff cookies in a ziplock bag and pour 1/2 into cake batter.

Step 6

6. Fold cookies into cake batter.

Step 7

7. Spray your bundt pan with nonstick baking spray.

Step 8

8. Pour cake batter into bundt pan.

Step 9

9. Bake at 350F for 33-36 minutes until a toothpick or knife comes out clean.

Step 10

10. Once out of oven, let cool for 30 minutes to an hour.

Step 11

11. Melt your biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds.

Step 12

12. Take your frosting and place in microwave for 20 seconds. This will help it pour better onto cake.

Step 13

13. Once cake is cooled, place on a cake stand or plate.

Step 14

14. Pour frosting on top. Then melted biscoff cookie butter.

Step 15

15. Sprinkle extra cookie crumbs on top.

Step 16

16. Cut and enjoy 🫶🏽
