Ingredients

⅓ cup melted unsalted butter, cooled

⅔ cups white granulated sugar

½ cup milk

1 large egg

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all purpose flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

½ tbsp cinnamon

7 - 8 tbsp butter melted, in its own bowl

½ cup white granulated sugar

Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
2. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to bowl and mix. Set aside.

3. Add melted butter and sugar to bowl. Cream together for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add your egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix.
Step 5
5. Combine your flour mixture and wet mixture.
Step 6
6. Once fully combined, take a muffin pan or cupcake pan and line with cupcake/muffin liners.

7. Place equal parts of batter into each cupcake/muffin liner. I used a cookie scoop to make sure each muffin was the same size and had the same amount all around.

8. Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.

9. Place your butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt. Set aside.
Step 10
10. Add your cinnamon and sugar to another bowl.

11. Once muffins are done, let them cool for 10-20 minutes.

12. Once cooled, toss in butter then sugar. Repeat for each muffin.

13. Peel the cupcake liner back and enjoy 🫶🏽
