Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temp.

½ cup light brown sugar

⅓ cup white granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all purpose flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp kosher salt

12 BUTTERFINGERS (I used the pack fun sized, only only one pack will do.)

Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt. Set aside.
Step 3
3. Cream butter and sugar. For about 3 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 5
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Step 6
6. Take your butterfingers out of wrappers.
Step 7
7. Cut them up!
Step 8
8. Add them to your cookie dough and fold in. Leave some extras to sprinkle on top.

9. Scoop onto a baking sheet and sprinkle extra butterfinger crumbs on top!

10. Bake for 11-12 minutes at 350F.
