Ingredients

¾ cup of unsalted melted butter, browned

¾ cup of light brown sugar

â…“ cup of white granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ¾ cup of all purpose flour

½ tsp kosher salt

½ tsp baking soda

Butterscotch chips/morsels

Milk chocolate chips or semi sweet chocolate chips(Amount is whatever your heart desires 🫶)

Directions

Step 1

1. Make brown butter and let cool.

Step 2

* Melt on medium heat.

Step 3

* Melt and keep eye while stirring constantly.

Step 4

* Once butter starts to foam and turn brown, take off heat and let cool.

Step 5

2. While that cools mix flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.

Step 6

3. Once butter is cool. Add white sugar and brown sugar to bowl then butter and mix.

Step 7

4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mix after each.

Step 8

5. Mix wet and dry ingredients.

Step 9

6. Cover and cool for 30 minutes to an hour.

Step 10

7. Take out of fridge and scoop onto baking sheet.

Step 11

8. Add extra butterscotch and chocolate chips on top.

Step 12

9. Bake @350 for 12-13 minutes.
