Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Add brownie mix to bowl and add ingredients according to instructions on box. Mix.

3. Set aside and take 1/2 of your biscoff cookies and crush them in a ziplock bag.

4. Add your crushed biscoff cookies to brownie batter. Fold in brownie batter.

Step 5

5. Line a pan with parchment paper or spray with non stick spray.

6. Pour brownie batter into pan. Spread evenly throughout pan.

7. Next, melt your cookie butter and pour on top.

8. Swirl cookie butter into brownie batter.

Step 9

9. Add your extra whole biscoff cookies on top.

Step 10

10. Bake in oven according to bake times on brownie mix box. I used a 8x8 pan so I baked my brownies for 36-40 minutes.

Step 11

11. Take out of oven and let cool for 1 hour. Or enjoy warm!
