Ingredients

1 box white cake mix

1 3oz box banana cream instant pudding mix

1 cup full fat sour cream

Β½ cup milk

β cup vegetable oil

1 Β½ tsp vanilla extract

3 large eggs, room temperature

1 box nilla wafers, 1/2 box to sprinkle on top of cake and 1/2 box place inside cake batter

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 Β½ cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
2. Place cake mix, instant pudding mix, sour cream, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs in a bowl and mix.

3. Once fully mixed, in a ziplock bag crush up 1/2 box of the Nilla wafers. Pour them into the cake batter and fold in cake batter.

4. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and pour cake batter into pan and spread out evenly throughout.

5. Place in the oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick or a knife comes out clean.

6. While that is baking, its time to make the whipped vanilla frosting.

7. In a bowl or stand mixer, add your heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

8. Mix on high speed for about 5-7 minutes until stiff peaks form. It will be the consistency of whipped cream.

9. Take cake out of oven and let cool for 30-40 minutes.

10. While cooling crush up the rest of the Nilla wafers in the same ziplock bag.

11. Once cake is cooled, place whipped frosting on top and spread all on top of cake.

12. Sprinkle the Nilla wafers all on top of the cake.
