About Chef Britney Cruz

From a professional model to mother to banker to chef theres not many skills Chef Britney Cruz doesn't possess, though her true passion lies in her cooking and culinary creations.  As a young girl Britney was introduced to the colorful flavors of Mexican cuisine thanks to her Grandmother from Veracruz, Mexico. Every Tuesday she would visit her Grandmothers house where she would be taught and get to experience the flavors from a part of her culture. After coming back home from her visits she would play around in the kitchen trying to recreate the flavors she tasted in her Grandmothers kitchen and as time passed her love for cooking and skill grew.  After dabbling in different career paths it wasn't until the summer of 2020 that Britney decided to turn that love into a career. Opening her first pre-order take out business Mami's Kitchen Brantford, where she made delicious authentic Mexican food to a town that never tasted food like that before. The business was a hit and grew to other avenues such as catering and private chef services where Britney could elevate her dishes while still representing her Latin roots.  Chef Britney Cruz has now taken a new route with the business to reach a world wide audience online!
