Exploring simple and time efficient ways to create kai (food) that can support our immune, maintain homeostasis and prevent illness. I've studied sports nutrition and holistic health coaching. Now I'm embarking on a journey to learn Naturapath for a more natural approach on food and remedies to support our bodies on a cellular level. For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a doctor. The health system we all know today, doesn't quite sit well with me, and pharmaceuticals don't appeal to me for a healing solution. I've chosen to go down the natural holistic path as our ancestors once used rongoa (natural remedies) to heal. Learning how to fuse your average diet and turning it into a homestead style diet, that is for everyone. A diet that's sustainable, affordable and time efficient for people like myself who have a whānau (family) to cater to and look after.
