Ingredients: 1 handful dried shrimp rehydrated (soaked in some water); 1 medium daikon , peeled and quartered/ cut into 1/3; pork shoulder (I used without bones because that was what I have, try to find some with bones!); onion; lots of water; fish sauce; chicken bouillon; 4 tbsp tapioca starch; thick bánh canh noodles, or udon noodles :); cooked shrimp; 3 tbsp annatto seed oil (1 annato seeds in hot oil for mins or until oil turns bright orange red); cilantro/ green onions; fried shallots; ginger; garlic; crab; sugar; 4 tbsp water; oil
