Vegetarian Bulgogi Bowls

Thinly slice mushrooms into strips (about the length of your pinky finger)

Mix in the rest of the ingredients and cover + set aside for 1 hr to marinade.

Once done marinading, heat a hot pan with some oil and sauté 1/2 an onion, sliced, and add in your mushrooms. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Sides: Blanched bean sprouts, Blanched asian spinach, Sautéd sliced carrots, Sliced green onions, Rice, Sliced cucumber, Overeasy egg(s), Toasted sesame seeds

Assemble, layer the runny egg on top and dive in! Enjoy friends!
