Take your traditional “cà phê” but make it POP!! I love ube anything, so let’s get to it👇🏼

Ube Vietnamese Coffee

Add condensed milk at the bottom of your mug

Take out the metal screw filter and add the grounds

Put filter on top of grounds and screw till slight resistance.

Fill the phin about 1/4 the way up to soak the coffee grounds, this will help the coffee bloom and release more aroma. This will take a bit to drip and it will be slow, but be patient!

Once the coffee has bloomed, fill the phin 3/4 way up, cover, and let drip.

Once done mix the condensed milk and optionally serve over ice!
