A Thai-inspired dish that is absolutely delicious and is super easy to make!

Add chopped garlic, Thai chilis and sliced onions to a hot pan

Add in protein of choice (I used chicken)

While your protein is cooking down, make your sauce with the ingredients listed below.  And set it aside.

Once the protein is mostly cooked, add in veggies of choice (I used mushroom, red bell pepper, spinach, and baby corn)

As your veggies are cooked down together, add in your cooked rice noodles and drizzle sauce, and toss gently to combine!
