Vietnamese Spring Rolls 🥒 It’s packed with a huge variety of greens, vermicelli noodles, and protein all wrapped in rice paper and dipped in a savory fish or peanut sauce

Cook your pork by adding it to boiling water with salt + sugar and enough water to cover. Cook for ~30 mins.

Prepare shrimp by removing heads, boiling for 2-3 mins, then deshell + devein and butterfly.

prepare the sauce but mixing everything together and gradually add water until it gets super glossy.

Roll your rolls: wet your rice paper and assemble as you please. I like to do mine in this order: leafy green, vermicelli, pork, mint + other veggies, roll once, add shrimp and one green onion stalk, fold in ends, finish rolling.

Serve with fish sauce or the peanut sauce recipe above and enjoy!
