Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb chicken, shredded; 1 onion diced; 2 1/2 large bell peppers, diced (I used small peppers but add less/more if you want); 3 1/2 tbsp cumin; 2 tbsp paprika; 2 tbsp chicken bouillon (or seasoning of choice); 3 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp lime pepper (no worries if you don’t have this); 3 tsp cayenne pepper; 1 juice of lime; handful of cheddar; 1 1/2 blocks of cream cheese; 3 packs of premade pie crust (6 rolls total); 1 tbsp water; salt to taste; 1 egg (for egg wash)
