Ingredients

4 cup leftover rice

½ lb minced beef

1 onion, diced

shit ton of ginger

garlic, minced

Mushrooms

Seasoning

Soy sauce

Fish sauce

Chili oil

Sugar

Step 1

Toast aromatics

1 onion, diced

garlic, minced

Step 2

Cook meat/ veggies until fragrant, then toss in rice and mix mix mix

½ lb minced beef

4 cup leftover rice

shit ton of ginger

Mushrooms

Step 3

Once incorporated fill and cover with water or broth. Then double it.

Simmer on low until it gets mushy, about 30 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent the bottom from burning, add more water if needed.

Garnish with an egg yolk and some chili oil, and crunchy bread if u have it
