Combine all marinade ingredients and save 5 tbsp aside.

Cut pork into strips and coat with marinade for at least 24-48 hours. Use a fork to put holes into the pork to ensure maximum surface-marinade contact.

When ready to cook, let pork sit out for 40 mins at room temp

Lay pork in basket and brush baste glaze over all sides. Airfry for 6 mins then flip and repeat with baste and cooking method.

Continue flipping until you get your desired char, I did mine 2-3 times depending on the meat size.

Add ingredients together. Brush onto all sides of the pork.

Combine dry ingredients (EXCEPT baking powder) together in a bowl

Pour more oil into the same bowl and roll kneaded dough in the oil, let rise for about an hour in a warm spot.

Once risen, roll out dough and sprinkle baking powder and knead to combine, let rise for 20 mins.

Once risen, shape and steam the buns and serve warm.
