Commonly found in Vietnam and served as street food, this super easy beef stir fry is tossed in oyster sauce to get that sweet-salty flavor.

Combine all beef marinade ingredients (except starch) and refrigerate for 1 hr.

Prep and sauté veggies- add a bit of oyster sauce here if desired. Remove when cooked

After marinading, toss beef with the starch

Pan fry beef in same pan from veggies, and once a nice dark color, add the veggies back in and serve!
