Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb beef (I used chuck but u can use any cut); 6 1/2 carrots cut and peeled; Lemongrass Oil; Garlic; Ginger; Tomato Paste; Water; bread; herbs; 3 tbsp soy sauce; 2 tbsp oyster sauce; 2 tbsp hoisin; splash of fish sauce; 1 1/2 tsp bo kho seasoning; 1 onion sliced; 2 tbsp ginger, grated; 3 tbsp garlic, minced; 3 star anise; 1 1/2 tbsp Bò kho seasoning (optional); 2 stalks lemongrass minced; 2 tbsp tomato paste; 2 tbsp dark soy; 1 tbsp fish sauce; 1 can cocorico or coconut water; 8 lots of water to cover all the ingredients cups); salt + pepper to taste
