Ingredients
8 oz Soy Meat
3 tbsp oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup cilantro
1 lime
Directions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, 8-10 cups.
Step 2
Once boiling, add in the dry soy meat, mix it around and let boil for 6-8 minutes.

Drain the meat from the water and push out as much excess water as you can.

In a large skillet on medium heat add the oil, once hot add in the soy meat and mix around.

Add in the onion and the jalapeño, you can remove the seeds from the jalapeño for less spice or completely leave it out. Mix in to combine.

Cook the meat until the onion has started softening, 6-8 minutes.
Step 7
Add in the seasonings, mix them in and cook for another 10-12 minutes. I like to mix it around, let sit undisturbed for 1-2 minutes so parts of the meat can develop some color, then mix around and continue doing the same.

Lastly turn off the heat, stir in the cilantro and juice of one lime.
