Ingredients
1 can whole tomato, 28 oz
2 Roma tomatoes
2 jalapeño, seeds removed for less spicy
½ white onion
4 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
3 tbsp lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp sugar, doesn’t make it sweet
Directions
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the jalapeños if removing, and the stems.

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse 5-7 times, or until fully incorporated but not super smooth.
