Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Open the package of refrigerated croissant dough, separate out the triangles & cut those in half.

Step 3
Flatten out the wider ends of the croissant, add about 1 tbsp of shredded cheese on each end, then the hot dog, then roll them up. Continue until you’ve used all the ingredients.

Get a baking sheet, cover in aluminum or parchment paper. Spray with oil & place the piggies on the baking sheet.

Top the wrapped piggies with more shredded cheese then a slice of jalapeño.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
