Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs

Salt & Pepper to taste

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp Buffalo Seasoning

1 cup buttermilk

2 cup flour

4 eggs

1 cup Buffalo Sauce, or more

Oil for frying

1 bag Frozen French Fries

1 cup Colby Jack Cheese

1 cup Ranch, or more

Fresh Parsley

Green Onions

Directions

Step 1

Cube up chicken thighs into small pieces. Add to large bowl with half the seasonings & 1 cup buttermilk. Mix to combine & let marinade for 30 minutes.

2 tbsp Buffalo Seasoning

Step 2

Prepare your dredging station with flour & eggs. Whisk buffalo sauce into the eggs. Whisk the other half of the seasonings into the flour.

2 tbsp Buffalo Seasoning

1 cup Buffalo Sauce, or more

Step 3

Pass the marinated chicken through the flour, then the eggs, then the flour again.

Step 4

Working in batches, in a large skillet on medium high heat, fry up the chicken pieces for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 5

Cook your fries to your liking in the oven or air fryer.

1 bag Frozen French Fries

Step 6

Shred up some cheese.

1 cup Colby Jack Cheese

Step 7

Place fries in a serving plate, top with the shredded cheese. Then buffalo sauce, chicken pieces, more buffalo sauce, ranch, fresh parsley or green onions.
