Lemony Feta Fries

Cook waffle fries in air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 350, or until crisped to your liking. (Shaking halfway through)

While fries are cooking, mix together the dressing, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil & all of the spices/seasonings.

You have two options, add the cheese to the fries straight in the air fryer & air fry for 5-7 more minutes until cheese is melted.

OR place the fries on a baking sheet, top with the mozzarella then the feta, place under the broiler of your oven for 2-4 minutes.

Once the cheese is melted, top with the dressing, more feta cheese & more dried parsley.
