Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
6 habanero peppers
4 tomatoes
½ white onion
5 cloves garlic
½ red onion, diced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1 tbsp salt
Directions
Step 1
To a large skillet on medium high heat, add 1 tbsp oil.

Once hot, add the habanero peppers, onion & tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic & cook for 5 more minutes. You want the habanero’s to start getting charred in parts.

Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until combined/smooth.

Pour into a bowl then mix in the diced red onion, cilantro & avocado.
