2 cup milk
3 eggs
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbs vanilla

Directions
Step 1
Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt & vanilla until well combined.

Step 2
Slice the Conchas into thick slices, dip them in the eggy milk mixture. Let them soak for a couple minutes while you heat up your skillet.

Melt butter on a skillet on medium heat. Place the Conchas on the skillet & cook for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until nicely golden brown.

To serve, plate them up with strawberries or your fruit of choice, sweetened condensed milk, cajeta, powdered sugar, or even just maple syrup.
