Carne Asada Tacos 🌮

Prepare the meat, either slicing it like I did into small pieces, or left whole.

Add to a large bowl with the onion & cilantro. Add the seasonings & oil, mix to combine. Marinate at least 30 minutes.

To a large skillet on medium high heat, add the meat in a single layer. Let cook for 5 minutes undisturbed. Mix it, let cook for another 5 minutes. Mix it one more time & it’s ready to go. 10 minutes total.

To serve, heat up tortillas, add meat on top, salsa, cilantro, onion, lime juice & enjoy!
