8 ½ ounce box of Jiffy Mix (corn muffin mix)

2 eggs

¾ stick melted butter (approximately 85 grams)

5 ounces sour cream

👨🍳 1) Preparation: Preheat your oven to 325°F (approximately 163°C). Grease a baking dish generously with cooking spray.

👨🍳 2) Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine 20 ounces of corn, 20 ounces of creamed corn, an 8.5-ounce box of Jiffy Mix, 2 eggs, melted butter (about 3/4 stick), and 5 ounces of sour cream.

👨🍳 3) Mix and Bake: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
