300 g condensed milk

75 g unsalted butter

90 ml sunflower oil

1 3g lemon zest (from lemon)

1 30ml lemon juice (from lemon)

275 g all purpose flour

👨🍳 1) Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.

👨🍳 2) Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine 4 medium eggs, 300g condensed milk, 75g unsalted butter, 90ml sunflower oil, 3g lemon zest (from 1 lemon), and 30ml lemon juice (from 1 lemon). Mix until well combined.
