Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crust:

2 sleeves of cinnamon graham crackers (or Texas Twister cookies, x 8, if preferred)

1 tablespoon of sugar

4 tablespoons of melted butter

For the Cheesecake:

32 ounces (4 blocks) of room temperature cream cheese

1 cup of sugar

⅔ cup of sour cream

1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract

4 large room temperature eggs, lightly beaten

5 Christmas Tree Cakes (e.g., Little Debbie) cubed

For the Icing/Topping:

1 stick of room temperature unsalted butter

1 jar of marshmallow fluff

1 cup of powdered sugar

Green sugar sprinkles

For the Cheesecake:
