Ingredients

1 spiral cut ham (8–10 lbs)

For the Glaze:

½ cup Bowl & Basket brown sugar

¼ cup honey

¼ cup orange juice

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

4 tbsp butter

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 –2 oranges, sliced

For the Seasoning:

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

extra brown sugar

Directions

Step 1

Prep the Ham:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a roasting pan with sliced oranges and place the ham on top.

Make the Glaze:

Step 1

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in brown sugar, honey, orange juice, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Step 2

Glaze & Bake:

Step 1

Pour half of the glaze over the ham, coating it well. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with pan juices every 20 minutes.

Add Seasoning:

Midway through baking, sprinkle the ham with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and a little extra brown sugar for added flavor.

Final Touch:

Remove foil, pour the remaining glaze over the ham, and broil for 3–5 minutes until the top is caramelized, crisp, and golden brown.

Let the ham rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices or extra glaze.
