Ingredients
Corn on the cobb
Canola oil
½ Butter
1 bsp Cajun seasoning
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp tbsp Lemon pepper
2 tsp garlic & herb seasoning (Mrs Dash)
2 tsp Parsley
Grated Parmesan
Lemon
Directions
Step 1
Corn should be thawed before cooking. Take a knife and slice in the middle of each Cobb.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet. Once hot fry corn for 3-4 minutes per side. remove from oil and sit on a paper towel to soak up excess oil then place in large bowl and squeeze on lemon juice
Step 3
In an another bowl combine seasonings and melted butter. Pour butter mixture over corn and toss well to coat.
Step 4
Add grated parmesan and enjoy!
