Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel

In a large skillet on medium high heat add in sliced onions. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Cook until soft then remove .

In that same pan add in shaved steak and cook for 5-6 mins. Next add in seasonings, Au jus, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Allow this to simmer until water has thickened.

Once meat is done remove from pan. Top bagel with cheddar cheese, steak, onions, white cheese, and sauce if using! Enjoy
