Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs
Olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 ½ chicken broth
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 onion sliced
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
2 tsp All purpose seasoning
Parsley (garnish)

Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
2. In large bowl add your cleaned chicken thighs. Pat dry with towel then add 1tsp olive oil and seasonings (only half save rest for gravy) mix well.
Step 3
3. In cast iron skillet or any oven safe skillet drizzle olive oil and place chicken in skillet for 3 minutes each side. Remove chicken from skillet and sit aside
Step 4
4. In the same skillet (do not rinse) add your butter and onions and sauté for 5 mins or until soft.
Step 5
5. Add in flour and stir for another 3 minutes . Mix in garlic then follow with chicken broth and seasonings.
Step 6
6. Place chicken back in skillet, skin side up
Step 7
7. Bake in oven for 40-60 mins
Step 8
8. Remove from oven and spoon over gravy
