Ingredients
1 Asparagus ( bunch)
Italian panko bread crumbs
Parmesan, grated
dry mustard
tsp onion powder
tsp garlic powder
smoked paprika
salt
black pepper
cayenne pepper
Oil
Lemons
Ranch seasoning
flour
eggs
Directions
Step 1
1. Trim woody ends off asparagus, about the last 1 1/2 to 2 inches. Rinse and keep in water until ready to use. ( this will help the flour adhere)
Step 2
2. You will need 4 stations . Station 1 will we bread crumbs . Add 1/4 cup Parmesan and season with 2 tsp dry mustard ,1 1/2 tsp onion powder ,1 1/2 tsp garlic powder , 1 tsp smoked paprika ,1 tsp salt , 1 tsp black pepper , and 1/2 cayenne pepper .
Step 3
3. For your next station take 1 1/2 cup flour .
Step 4
4. Last station will be 3 eggs beat. Season with 1 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp onion powder , 1/2 garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika , and 1/3 tsp cayenne.
Step 5
5. Next take your washed asparagus out of the water and coat in your plain flour, next your egg wash and lastly the seasoned bread crumbs . Do this one by one until all are coated .
Step 6
6. Heat you oil. Fry asparagus for 2-3 minutes per side . Once done sit aside and drain oil with paper towel.
Step 7
7. Squeeze on fresh lemon juice and coat with ranch powder.

8. Eat while hot and enjoy :)
