Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 cup all purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
¼ cup Kinders buttery buffalo sauce (more to toss)
¼ cyp pickle juice
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 sazon pk
1 tbsp Kinders the blend seasoning
Oil for frying (or use cooking spray for baking)
Directions
Step 1
Place chicken in bowl along with buttermilk , buffalo sauce, pickle juice, and the blend seasoning. Combine and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
In one shallow bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dry mustard , Kinders, and sazon
Step 3
Dip each chicken cube into the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Repeat for all chicken bites.
Step 4
Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
Step 5
Fry the chicken bites in batches for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F or 74°C).
Step 6
Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Step 7
Toss in buffalo sauce. Serve with ranch

• Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

• Place chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

• Lightly spray them with cooking spray.
