Ingredients

4 Chicken breast

16 oz Potato Gnocchi

1 cup Spinach chopped

1 pk Bacon

1 Yellow onion chopped

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup shredded carrots

4 cloves Garlic

1 tbs Olive oil

4 cups Chicken Broth

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp Adobo

1 tsp chili powder

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

1 LARGE pot

Directions

Step 1

Prep chicken. Drizzle with olive oil and season with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, adobo, salt, and pepper. Sit aside

1 tsp chili powder

1 tbs Olive oil

Step 2

In a large pot cook bacon until done. Remove from pot, crumble, and sit aside.

In that same pot add in chicken and cook for 5 minutes on both sides or until done. Remove from pot. Dice chicken and sit aside.

Again, in that same pan add butter, onions, and carrots. Sauté for 3 mins then add in garlic. After 1 minute add in flour. Stir well and allow this to cook down for 3 minutes.

Next add in chicken broth and heavy cream. Season with all the seasonings listed. Taste as you go. Once to liking add in spinach, bacon, and chicken. Bring to a boil , then reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp red pepper flakes

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp Adobo

1 tsp chili powder

1 cup Spinach chopped

Step 6

Remove lid, stir and make sure soup is to a consistency that you like. (Ex. If watery, add more heavy cream, if too thick add more broth or water) .

16 oz Potato Gnocchi

Step 7

Lastly, add gnocchi to pot. Cover with lid for 5 minutes, then done! Pair with garlic bread and enjoy :)
