1 tbsp baking powder (not baking soda)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Kinders the blend
½ cup Kinders Buffalo sauce

Step 1
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps them get crispy.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and the blend seasoning.
Step 3
Toss the wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
Step 4
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.

Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through. Cook until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Step 8
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss until well coated.

Serve immediately with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
