Ingredients

Salmon Filets

Olive oil

1 pck Sazon

Lemon pepper

Blackened seasoning

Salt (optional)

Cream Sauce ⬇️

1 tsp Butter

3 Garlic cloves minced

1 ½ cup Heavy cream

½ tbsp Dijon Mustard

½ tbsp Horseradish

½ cup Parmesan

½ tbsp Lemon juice

2 tsp Blackened Seasoning

Parsley (optional)

1 tsp Black pepper

Salt , to taste

Directions

Step 1

1. Clean and prep filets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with lemon pepper, blackened seasoning, and a sazon packet.

Step 2

2. In a medium large skillet drizzle with olive oil, once hot add filets and place face down. Cook for 3 minutes on all sides and remove from pan. (Note: To get a more well done salmon place pan in oven and bake on 400 for 10 mins or until liking )

Step 3

3. In a skillet on medium heat add in butter and garlic . Cook for 1-2 mins then add heavy cream and seasonings. Allow sauce to thicken then add in horseradish and mustard, combine well. Add in Parmesan and lemon juice. Cook for additional 3 mins and remove from heat .

Step 4

4. Pour sauce over salmon and enjoy!
