Hi, I’m Christina! I’m a Registered Dietitian, full-time working mom and wife that’s passionate about sharing all the tips, tricks, and recipes to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. 

My recipes are made for busy people who want to prioritize their health and feed their families flavorful meals without spending hours in the kitchen.

Every Thursday, I will upload a weekly meal plan. The meal plan will include a meal prep friendly breakfast option, lunch option and four dinner recipes for the week. Each recipe will be linked for easy accessibility.
