Hi friends! I’m Ahmad Noori. I’m a medical doctor with a huge passion for cooking. I started young, learning from my mom and dad in the kitchen. Watching them create all sorts of delicious dishes sparked my love for cooking.

Growing up, I was obsessed with food and always had cooking shows like Jamie Oliver on TV. I loved seeing how Jamie made cooking fun and accessible, and that really inspired me. As I got older, I became fascinated with nutrition, especially while competing as a boxer. Understanding how food could boost my performance and help me win titles was a game-changer. I’ve also worked in several restaurants, gaining hands-on experience in the culinary world.

In recent years, I’ve focused on sharing my passion with others, helping them find joy in their own kitchens. I know exactly how it feels to start from scratch, with no clue where to begin. But you’re not alone—we’re in this together.
