Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened plant based yogurt

1 cucumber (seeded and grated)

2 cloves of garlic (minced)

½ Juice of half a lemon

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preparation: In a bowl, combine unsweetened yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Mix: Stir the ingredients well until fully combined.
