Pizza dough

4 - 5 1 can of canned tomatoes (enough for pizzas)

handful of Fresh basil

Salt to taste

Vegan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Prep:

• Preheat your oven 30 minutes to 1 hour before baking. Place a pizza stone inside and set the oven to its highest temperature.

2. Tomato Sauce:

Step 1

• In a bowl, add the canned tomatoes.

Step 2

• Add a handful of fresh basil and salt to taste.

Step 3

• Blend the mixture using a hand blender, but leave it slightly chunky.

3. Prepare the Dough:

• Gently flatten each dough ball into a disk.

Step 2

• Stretch the dough out from the center towards the edges, leaving a thicker rim.

Step 3

4. Baking:

• Dress your stretched dough with the prepared tomato sauce, vegan cheese, and any other chosen toppings.

Step 2

• Bake the pizza on the preheated pizza stone until the crust is puffed and golden brown. This typically takes a few minutes, depending on your oven's temperature.

Step 3

• For a nice bubbly cheese texture, move the pizza to the top rack for the last minute of baking.
