Ingredients

2 cups canned chickpeas (400g)

2 tablespoons cornstarch

¼ cup water

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt to taste

Preferred spices such as cumin, red pepper flakes, thyme

For the Topping

Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Blend Ingredients

Step 2

Combine all ingredients (except sesame seeds) in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Shape Fries

Step 4

Shape the mixture into fry shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 5

Add Sesame Seeds

Step 6

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each fry.

Step 7

Bake

Step 8

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
