2 cups (280g) frozen mango, chopped

1 cup (245g) frozen pineapple, chopped

1 lime juiced

½ (100g) medium cucumber

1 cup (90g) chopped fennel bulb

3 tbsp. hemp seeds

2 cups (480ml) water

2 small kale leaves, stems removed
