Ingredients

For the Dough

500 g all purpose flour

6 g fresh yeast

15 g salt

300 ml water

2 tbsp olive oil

For the Topping

Cherry tomatoes

Olives

Basil
Directions
Step 1
Prepare Dough: Dissolve yeast in water, add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead and let rest.
Step 2
Prepare Toppings: Halve tomatoes, add olives and basil. Mix.
Step 3
Assemble and Bake: Flatten dough, add toppings, and bake at 200C/400F for 12-15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
