Ingredients

300 g spaghetti

1 - 2 red hot chilli peppers

2 cloves of garlic

150 g tomato paste

½ bottle of tomato passata

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Boil a large pot of water. Cook the tomato concentrate in the pot for around 10 minutes, then set aside.

Prep Spices: Slice the chilli peppers and finely chop the garlic.

Sauté: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and chilli peppers.

Make Sauce: Add tomato passata and cook until thickened.

Cook Pasta: Add spaghetti to the pan, flipping to cook both sides.

Combine: Incorporate the tomato paste sauce.

Season: Add salt and pepper.
