Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 cup flour

3 eggs(beaten)

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

⅓ cup Tabasco Sriracha sauce

⅓ cup honey

3 tbsp cold butter

2 cups shredded cabbage

3 tbsp kewpie Mayo

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Japanese milk bread

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Butterfly and pound chicken until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.

Season with salt and let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Step 3

In a pan, combine Tabasco Sriracha sauce and honey and bring it to a simmer.

Turn off the heat and add cold butter. Mix until butter is completely melted

Dip chicken in flour, egg, and Panko and deep fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes on each side.

Season chicken with salt and brush the Sriracha honey butter on top.

Combine shredded cabbage, salt, pepper, kewpie Mayo, mustard, and rice vinegar.
