Step 1
In a bowl, combine all ingredients making sure to mix in one direction

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Dough
Step 1
In a bowl combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast and slowly pour in water until a shaggy dough comes together.

Knead until smooth and let rest for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Once the dough has doubled in size, divide in half and roll into a rope.
Step 4
Cut the rope into 20 gram pieces and roll the pieces into a ball.

Flatten the dough ball and roll into a thin disk.
Step 6
Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper and fold using your thumbs and index fingers to create pleats(try to get 18 pleats).

Fry the buns in oil until golden brown on the bottom and pour in water.
