Ingredients

Longanisa (sweet filipino sausage)

3 tbsp butter

Neutral oil

4 cups day old rice

15 cloves garlic(minced)

½ tsp msg

Eggs

Tomatoes

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

In a wok, sauté garlic in butter and 2 tbsp of oil until browned.

Add rice and season with msg.

4 cups day old rice

Step 3

Mix thoroughly for a few minutes on medium heat and set aside.

Step 4

In a pan, cover longanisa with 1 inch of water and cook on medium heat until all the water has evaporated.

Step 5

Fry longanisa until browned from cooking in its own fat.

Step 6

Heat 1/4 cup of oil until shimmering and fry eggs.

Season with salt and pepper and baste until egg whites are fully set.

Step 8

Cut tomatoes and season with salt.
